How Package Payments Work

Package customers purchase delivery services directly from Senmi Logistics. Approved independent riders engaged by Senmi Logistics complete delivery services.

Customer Purchases Delivery

Customers pay Senmi Logistics for package delivery services using our secure payment platform.

Delivery Is Completed

An approved independent rider engaged by Senmi Logistics completes the delivery service.

Contractor Compensation

After successful delivery, Senmi calculates contractor compensation according to its contractor payout policy.

Contractor Payout

Approved contractor payouts are made by Senmi Logistics to the rider's registered bank account according to Senmi's payout schedule.

Independent Rider Model

Customers purchase package delivery services directly from Senmi Logistics, the package delivery brand operated by Real Time Delivery App Ltd.

Riders using the Senmi platform operate as independent contractors engaged by Senmi Logistics to fulfil delivery services accepted through the platform.

Rider compensation represents payment by Senmi Logistics for completed delivery services and does not represent customer funds held on behalf of riders.

The rider wallet is an internal earnings dashboard used to display unpaid contractor compensation for completed deliveries. It is not a customer payment wallet and does not hold customer funds on behalf of riders.

How Riders Complete Deliveries

Once Senmi Logistics confirms payment for a delivery service, the delivery request becomes available for fulfilment and an eligible rider may accept or be assigned to complete the delivery.

The rider collects the package from the pickup location and delivers it safely to the recipient at the destination.
