Independent Rider Model

Customers purchase package delivery services directly from Senmi, the package delivery brand operated by Real Time Delivery App Ltd.

Riders using the Senmi platform operate as independent contractors engaged by Senmi Mobility to fulfil delivery services accepted through the platform.

Rider compensation represents payment by Senmi Mobility for completed delivery services, according to the applicable contractor terms.

The rider wallet is an internal earnings dashboard used to display unpaid contractor compensation for completed deliveries. It is not a customer payment wallet and does not hold customer funds on behalf of riders.

How Riders Complete Deliveries

Once Senmi Mobility confirms payment for a delivery service, the request becomes available for fulfilment. An eligible rider may accept or be assigned to complete the delivery.
