Find answers to common questions about deliveries, payments,
riders, and using the Senmi Logistics platform.
Customers create delivery requests through the Senmi
Logistics app by entering pickup and delivery locations,
package details, and recipient information. Once payment
is confirmed, an eligible rider is assigned to complete
the delivery. Customers can track their package until it
is successfully delivered and verified.
Delivery requests are made available to eligible riders
based on availability and operational requirements.
Approved riders may accept requests and complete the
delivery on behalf of Senmi Logistics.
Deliveries are confirmed using a secure delivery
verification code provided to the sender or receiver.
This helps ensure packages are delivered to the correct
recipient.
After a delivery has been successfully completed and
verified, Senmi Logistics calculates the contractor
compensation payable to the rider in accordance with
the company's contractor payout policy.
The rider wallet is an internal dashboard that records
contractor earnings for completed deliveries. It does
not represent customer funds held on behalf of riders.
Eligible riders may request payment of their available
contractor earnings. Approved payouts are made by
Senmi Logistics to the rider's registered bank account
in accordance with the company's contractor payout
schedule.
Yes. Riders complete our onboarding and verification
