Customers purchase delivery services directly from Senmi Logistics through our mobile application and other approved platform channels. Senmi manages the delivery service, customer support, delivery technology, pricing, tracking, and operational processes.

Approved riders using the Senmi platform operate as independent contractors engaged by Senmi Logistics to fulfil delivery requests. Riders are assigned or may accept eligible delivery requests through the platform and complete deliveries in accordance with Senmi's operational policies.

We are focused on building a reliable delivery experience through technology, transparency, safety, accountability, and responsive customer support.

OUR SERVICE MODEL

How Senmi Logistics Operates

Senmi provides delivery services directly to customers and engages approved independent riders to fulfil delivery requests through the Senmi platform.

Customers Purchase Delivery Services

Customers use Senmi Logistics to request and purchase package delivery services. Delivery fees are paid to Senmi for the delivery service provided.

Independent Riders Fulfil Deliveries

Approved independent riders are engaged by Senmi Logistics to accept or fulfil eligible delivery requests and deliver packages to their destinations.

Senmi Pays Contractor Compensation

Following successful delivery verification, Senmi calculates compensation payable to the rider for completed delivery services in accordance with its contractor payout policy.

Our Independent Rider Model

Riders using the Senmi platform operate as independent contractors engaged by Senmi Logistics to provide delivery fulfilment services. Riders are required to complete applicable registration and verification processes before becoming eligible to receive delivery requests.

Riders are responsible for completing accepted delivery services professionally, handling customer packages with reasonable care, complying with applicable traffic and transportation laws, and following Senmi's operational and safety requirements.

Rider compensation is payable by Senmi Logistics for completed delivery services. Rider compensation is not a portion of customer funds held by Senmi on behalf of a rider.

Any rider earnings or balance displayed within the Senmi rider application is an internal record of contractor compensation earned or payable under Senmi's contractor payout process. It is not a customer payment wallet and does not represent customer funds held on behalf of riders.
